Recipes. How-to.


Take veggies or apples of your choice, brake or cut into pieces, place on a bed of unwashed lettuce, pour salt ( about 1/2 cup ) over, squish the veggies ( or apples) with your fingers, mush them well. Sprinkle generously garlic and herb over ( about 2 tbsp). Let it sit for an hour.

Present with "Daddy, I made it all by me-self!". Success guaranteed.
